Fitness & Wellness

We offer over 40 fitness classes per week to provide a variety of cross training options and for the enjoyment of our participants. Everyone has a choice of land, water, cycling and individual training programs tailored to their needs.

Student to senior, across all ages one thing is certain, reaching your goals requires the proper focus and training. The Aquatic Centre has a trained staff ready to assist you. Include weight training, flexibility, cardio, strength and endurance training -our staff and facility will give you the tools to set the bar as high as you want it.
