Personal Training 

Here at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre, we believe in personalized fitness, not the standard one size fits all fitness program. Each individual has specific goals and objectives for their fitness needs, as well as the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan.

We offer diverse fitness options to suit your needs! Whether you wish to work out with a Personal Trainer 3-5 times a week or to work out at home with friends we have options to suit your style & comfort level.

There is no minimum purchase or long-term contract required; you can choose from our options below or combine them to find your perfect fit within our gym.

Traditional One-on-One Personal Training 

Our private one-on-one sessions are individually tailored, considering not only your personal goals but your ability level, knowledge of fitness fundamentals and the level of commitment you want to put into your training. Our personal trainers will help you stay motivated, ensure proper technique and help you build an exercise program that suits your needs. Personal trainers will provide you with sport-specific training and prioritization for events like triathlons and other races!

Small Group & Group Personal Training 

Our small group class option offers the intimacy of personal training combined with the motivation of a group session all with the benefit of working with an expert multiple times a week! Our trainers will work as a team to develop a program to help each participant learn the proper fitness techniques to meet their goals. Whether you are new to weightlifting or need improvement on your fundamentals, we will provide you with the modifications and necessary instruction to help you dive into your fitness goals.

Our group sessions are pumped up personal training where you and your friends can work out together! You'll get all the benefits of progressive programming for small, large or corporate groups at any level, at a fraction of the cost of our regular personal training program.

With a maximum of 5 participants, each Small Group session gives you the focused attention to maximize your workout and perfect your technique while enjoying the momentum of group activity. We design programs for targeted results that get you where you want to be, at your own pace.

We also offer Private Group & Team training for competitions, marathons, and more!
