Attention Patrons:

The Canada Games Aquatic Centre plans to close to the public for renovations at 4:00pm on Sunday, December 20 for approximately 15 to 18 months.

Here is what the closure means for memberships:

EFT Memberships:

Your EFT membership can be placed on hold during the closure. While your membership is on hold, your EFT payments will stop.

When the Canada Games Aquatic Centre reopens, you will have 60 days to restart your membership and keep your current membership rate. If you do not restart your membership within those 60 days, you will need to sign up at the membership rate available at that time.

Annual Memberships:

You can place your annual membership on hold during the closure. We will preserve the unused time you have already paid for and add that time back to your membership when you restart.

If you prefer not to place your membership on hold, you may cancel your annual membership before the closure and receive a refund for the remaining unused portion of your membership.

To place your annual membership on hold, please complete an Annual Membership Hold Form at our Front Desk.

Once the Canada Games Aquatic Centre reopens, you will have 60 days to decide whether to restart your membership.

• If you restart within 60 days: Your remaining paid membership time will be restored and you can continue your membership.
• If you do not restart within 60 days: Your held membership will end. You will receive a credit for the value of your remaining membership, or a refund will be processed at that time. If you decide to become a member again after the 60-day period, you will need to sign up at the membership rate available at that time.

We will contact members when we reopen with information about restarting memberships and when the 60-day period begins.

Please note that extras such as towels and lockers are subject to availability and may have different pricing when you return.
